RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us. We would like to reassure you that all our products have gone through a stringent quality check so you don't have to worry on that front. Your satisfaction is our priority and we pride ourselves in selling silver jewellery that is unique and finely handcrafted by Indian artisans.
We hope that once you've placed an order, you wouldn't want to cancel it. But just in case you would like to cancel an order before it has been shipped, we will refund your complete amount. To notify us about the cancellation, please call or email us and we will determine if it is possible to cancel/ modify the order. However, once the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel or modify it.
We offer returns and exchanges only for orders damaged in transit or if you have received wrong item(s). In case of a damaged package/ wrong product(s), please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the order. Please note that to be eligible for a return, you must return the item(s) unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice. Our courier partner will collect the order from the address provided by you.
To Initiate The Refund Process Please Follow These Steps:

Please write to us at returns@timelessbytarang.com or call us at +91-11-4352-8443 (between 9 am - 9 pm IST) within 3 days of receipt of order.

Before we arrange for your damaged/ wrong product(s) to be returned to us you are required to send us a photograph of the product, then it is up to our discretion to decide whether product is approved for return.

Once we have received your e-mail and approved the return, we will arrange for a courier to collect the goods.

We will replace the items free of charge if possible or issue a refund for the cost of goods. We will refund the purchase price of the jewellery and the shipping charges. Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging, unaltered and unused, alongwith the invoice. We will not be liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.
Refund:
We shall process the refund once we receive the product. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which the refund may not be possible. Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your account via the same mode through which the transaction was made or via cheque.
In case of COD (Cash on delivery) the amount can be refunded either through cheque or online transfer as NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer). The mode of refund depends on the customer’s choice:

If a customer provides a cancelled cheque with the returned product then the refund can be made within 7 working days and the amount will be refunded directly into the customer's account through online transfer as NEFT.

If a customer doesn't provide a cancelled cheque then the amount will be refunded through a cheque, which will be sent by courier at the address provided by the customer at time of placing the order. It may take up to 15 working days.
No Refunds Will Be Given In Following Cases:

If the products are returned in a used or damaged condition.

If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged.

Incorrect or outdated delivery address.

After two failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.

Package refused by the recipient.

Sizing issues: Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.

Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade and use natural stones so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
Note: All refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.
